SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:
- Standard Shipping — $8.00
- Express Shipping — $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $70.00
International Shipping We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout via USPS and DHL Express based on your location and order weight.
Free international shipping is available on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Print & Wall Art Orders Select art prints, posters, framed prints, and canvas products are fulfilled and shipped separately through our print partner. Shipping rates for these items vary by size and destination and will be calculated at checkout. These items may arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bobbirenee2025@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
