SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery for US Residents is 5-6 Business Days. Bringing the total estimated shipping/delivery time to 5-6 Days. This is only valid shipping time and shipping rates for US Residents. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on Friday after 3pm your order will be filled the following Monday, before 12:00pm. Shipping and Delivery estimates are calculated based off Monday - Friday business days calculations. Do account for extra handling time if you place your order after hours on Friday and weekends. If your order is placed before 3pm on Friday then your order will be shipped and you need not add extra handling time to your estimated delivery times. You will receive a confirmation email once your order payment has completed. The 1st email is your order confirmation email. When your order is fulfilled you will receive another email with your order tracking number and details. Taxes will be calculated at check-out if for the products that require sales tax collection. 

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options for US orders:

• Standard Shipping — $9.99 Flat fee for orders under $50.00
• Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over $50.01 and up

The above listed shipping rates only apply if live with-in the 50 in-land states of the United States of America. For all other countries the shipping rates and times available for your orders will be listed below.

International Shipping International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We work with trusted carrier partners to find the best available rate for your destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery time will vary depending on your location. We estimate delivery time to be between 9-17 Days. The estimated delivery times are based off of  2-3 Days for Handling and 7-14 Days Shipping 

Print & Wall Art Orders Select art prints, posters, framed prints, and canvas products are fulfilled and shipped separately through our print partner. Shipping rates for these items vary by size and destination and will be calculated at checkout. These items may arrive in a separate package from the rest of your order.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at customersupport@newagerealms.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
