Shipping Policy

At New Age Realms, we work to process and ship orders promptly and provide customers with clear tracking and delivery information. The following shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather, destination, order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 0–1 business day. Processing time is included in the total estimated delivery times shown below.

Orders are processed based on a Monday–Friday business week, excluding holidays. Orders placed after our cutoff time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally begin processing on the next applicable business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment. Transit time begins after the order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

Order Cutoff Time

Our weekday order cutoff time is 3:00 PM Central Time.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, over the weekend, or on a holiday will generally begin processing on the next business day.

Carrier pickup schedules and holiday closures may affect the date on which a processed package enters the carrier's network.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates and transit times displayed by New Age Realms, shipping carriers, checkout systems, or tracking services are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Carrier volume, severe weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions, holidays, destination restrictions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

United States Shipping

The following rates and estimated delivery times apply to orders shipped within the 50 states of the United States.

Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat-rate shipping for orders under $50.00.

Free Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping is available for qualifying U.S. orders of $50.00 or more.

Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 4–7 business days total, including approximately 0–1 business day for processing and approximately 4–6 business days for transit.

Canada Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada have an estimated total delivery time of approximately 7–15 business days, including approximately 0–1 business day for processing and the remaining time for transit.

Shipping rates are based on order value:

$0.01–$50.00: $9.99
$50.01–$100.00: $12.99
$100.01 and above: $14.99

Customs processing may extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.

International Shipping

For international destinations other than Canada, shipping rates are based on order value:

$0.01–$50.00: $12.99
$50.01–$100.00: $14.99
$100.01 and above: $16.99

Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 7–15 business days total, including approximately 0–1 business day for processing and the remaining time for transit.

International delivery estimates do not include unexpected delays caused by customs authorities, destination-country requirements, local postal services, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Requirements

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, assessments, or other charges imposed by the destination country or applicable authorities. Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and restrictions in their destination country.

Customs inspections or processing may delay delivery. New Age Realms does not control customs authorities or the time required for customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking information to begin updating in the carrier's network.

Tracking information is provided using carrier information and third-party tracking technology, including TRACK123. Tracking updates, estimated delivery dates, and carrier scan information may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate and should be treated as informational estimates.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please carefully review your shipping information before completing checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support@newagerealms.com. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages

Packages may be returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to claim the package, customs issues, or other carrier or destination-related circumstances.

If a package is returned to New Age Realms, please contact us so that we can determine the appropriate available resolution.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested when the return resulted from an incorrect address, refusal, failure to claim the shipment, or another circumstance attributable to the recipient, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Refund eligibility for returned packages is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been lost in transit, or has not arrived after the applicable estimated delivery period, please contact New Age Realms promptly at support@newagerealms.com or through our Contact page:

For missing shipments, please contact us no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date so that we can investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier.

For damaged shipments, please retain the product, packaging, shipping container, labels, and packing materials and contact us promptly. Photographs or other documentation may be requested to assist with a carrier claim or resolution.

Available remedies and refund or replacement eligibility are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Packages Marked Delivered

Carrier tracking may occasionally show a package as delivered before the recipient is able to locate it. If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery area, household members, neighbors where appropriate, building management or mailroom where applicable, and any delivery information provided by the carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly so that we can assist with available carrier investigation procedures.

A carrier's delivery scan will be considered as part of our investigation but does not prevent us from reviewing the circumstances of a reported delivery issue or providing any remedy required by applicable law.

Split Shipments

In some circumstances, items from the same order may be shipped separately. If an order is divided into multiple shipments, separate tracking information may be provided for each package where available. Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that all items in the order have been delivered.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipment to a destination where shipping is unavailable, prohibited, restricted, or impracticable because of applicable law, carrier restrictions, import requirements, product restrictions, safety requirements, or other circumstances affecting our ability to complete delivery.

If we are unable to ship an accepted order, we will provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our policies and applicable law.
